Who are we ?
Reikienergyhealing.com is a subsidiary of Music Books By Mail, who are one of the largest UK retailers of music related books, specialising in new, second-hand and out of print titles.
How do I find an item ?
If you know which category your item may come under, you can find the category in the shop page. If you do not know which category your item belongs to, then enter the title or artist or author in the search box... then click the 'Search ' button. If you still cannot find your item, we do not currently have this in stock.
I cannot find the book I’m looking for ?
It is still possible for us to find it for you. If you would like us to do a search for you, just enter the book details in the Book Search form.
How do I add an item to my order ?
Once you have found the item you are looking to buy, enter the quantity you would like in the quantity field and click the 'Add to Order' button.
Can I buy more than one item ?
Yes, once you have added one item to your order, simply look for the next one you want.
How do I remove an item from my order ?
Click on the My Order button, which will show you all the items you have added to your order. Beside each item price is a button marked 'remove'. Click this to remove the appropriate item.
How do I view the prices in other currencies ?
At any time, click the currency drop list and select the currency you would like to see the prices in. The items will then be priced in your chosen currency.
How do I pay ?
Click on the My Order button and you will be presented with all the items you have added to your order form. Click the Pay Now button and you will be taken to a secure form which will allow you to enter your required payment method and delivery details.
Can I pay by Credit Card and will my details be secure ?
We accept all the main credit cards, and payment can also be made by Switch or cheque. Credit card information is entered on a secure web page. You can confirm this by looking for the small closed padlock icon on the status bar of your browser.
How long do I wait for my order ?
If payment is made by credit or debit card then your order will be despatched within 24 hours. Other payments will be processed and when cleared your order will be despatched.
What if I order a book that is currently out of stock or is not yet published ?
Your order will be processed and we will keep you updated by e-mail to let you know when your book is due to be dispatched.

Safety Reiki should only be considered as an addition to professional medical treatment and NOT as an alternative. A GP should be consulted in all matters relating to health and especially in relation to any symptoms which may require diagnosis or medical attention.

Credit card details are collected by means of a secure server using Paypal or other reputable third party companies.
Personal data is held on a UK based database with full security protection both at the server site and remote access. Credit card information is not retained by us in any way or format. Access to the database is strictly restricted to employees of Music Books by Mail only.
Cookies are used on your computer to record information about your site preferences and do not hold any private information such as credit card or address information.
